The scope of Oideion - performing arts online is wide: it includes music, dance, verbal art, and theatre. Although the journal is hosted by the International Institute for Asian Studies (IIAS, Leiden - Amsterdam, the Netherlands), contributions need not be restricted to Asia. Oideion hard-copies are published by the Research School of Asian, African and Amarindian Studies (CNWS), Leiden University, the Netherlands.
